What is collected, and what for

When you leave a phone number or Zalo, a name and a few lines about what you need (through the message box, the booking slots, or the assistant panel), GoEcomaZ uses exactly those things to call you back about what you asked. Not for advertising, and never sold or shared with anyone else.

The assistant panel answers automatically from a profile GoEcomaZ has approved. Your question is kept anonymously, with phone numbers and email addresses stripped out of it, so GoEcomaZ can see what people keep asking and write more about it on the site.

Where it is kept, and for how long

Your phone number and message go straight to Nam, who runs GoEcomaZ, through a Google Sheet and, when it is set up, a Telegram message. A slot you pick is written to Nam's Google Calendar as provisional until the confirming call. These sit on Google services, on servers outside Vietnam.

The assistant panel runs on OnDuty, a GoEcomaZ product, hosted outside Vietnam. Questions go to a language model provider on a paid plan, where they are not used to train the model. Anonymised questions are kept for at most 120 days; a conversation transcript, where one exists, for at most 180 days. A phone number you leave is kept until the conversation is finished or you ask for it to be removed.

Cookies and tracking

The assistant panel and the booking box set no cookies and do not follow you between sites. goecomaz.com uses Google Analytics to count page views; you can block it in your browser settings and the site still works normally.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete anything you have sent, at any time: message Zalo 0362 602 604 or use the message box on the contact page, quoting the phone number you used. GoEcomaZ deletes it within 7 working days and tells you it is done.

If you are a GoEcomaZ customer running OnDuty on your own site, your customers' data belongs to you: GoEcomaZ only processes it on your behalf under the Đồng Hành agreement, uses it for nothing else, and deletes it when you ask.

GoEcomaZ is run by Nguyễn Hải Nam, personal tax code 014088006082. This policy applies from 7 September 2026; any change will be dated here and noted on the contact page.
