Common questions
How long does a website or a storefront take?
Khởi Động is usually 2 to 3 weeks, and Lên Sàn A–Z around 3 to 5 depending on how many products there are. The exact timeline is settled during the free conversation, before you pay anything.
How is payment handled? Is it all at once?
In stages against milestones: a deposit when the scope is settled, the rest at handover. The milestones and the split are written into the quote, with nothing hidden.
I am not technical. Can I edit the content myself after handover?
Yes, and that is a handover requirement. You get a guide to editing content written in plain language, plus a hands-on session. When you get stuck, message on Zalo. Questions are not billed.
Who pays the Haravan or Shopify fees?
You pay the platform directly, and GoEcomaZ explains every fee before you choose a package. Nothing is collected on your behalf and no percentage is added.
Do you do logos and product photography?
A basic logo and cleaning up the photos you send are included. Professional photography at your shop is not; when it is needed, GoEcomaZ introduces a photographer and it is quoted separately and agreed first.
I already have a site. Will you work on it?
Yes. The free conversation looks at whether the current site is worth fixing or worth rebuilding, says which and why, and then you decide.
How is this cheaper than an agency and still complete?
Because one point of contact does the work from A to Z, with no layers of management and paperwork in between. You deal directly with the person building your product.
